Dr. Christopher “Chris” Bradley
Dr. Chris Bradley was raised in the Brookhaven area, grew up playing football and baseball at Murphy Candler, and graduated from Marist high school. He learned at a young age that dentistry was his calling due to a sports injury leading to a chipped front tooth. He spent countless hours in the dental office for treatment and learned to appreciate what the profession entailed. It gave him a sense of purpose throughout his schooling and made him understand how impactful a dentist can be in knowing and understanding people and their concerns.
Dr. Bradley graduated from the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He remained steadfast in his goal to become a dentist and attended University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He became entrenched in the Kentucky culture of horse races and bourbon tours. He picked up a passion for new hobbies like pickleball and golf, and studied to become the best dentist he could be. After seeking guidance from Dr. Cooper, he decided to continue advancing in dentistry with a general practice residency upon graduation. He began working for the University of Kentucky hospital general practice residency program and VA outpatient facility. He learned how to deal with medically complex patients and understand more complex and trauma-related dentistry.
Dr. Bradley first visited Dr. Cooper’s practice two years ago. At the time, Dr. Cooper told him to “please make this place your home like I did.” Dr. Bradley continued to visit the office whenever he came home and always felt welcomed. “I never imagined being in this position and know I’m a young doctor, but promise I will do everything possible to continue his style of exceptional care and sincerity.” Dr. Bradley and Dr. Cooper share many similarities in their treatment approaches, love for their community, and understanding of the importance of relationships to allow for the best patient experience.
